I’m Mattis Obermann, an industrial designer based in Berlin.
My work moves between physical product development and digital image-making, with a strong focus on 3D design and visual storytelling. Alongside my industrial design practice, I offer high-quality CGI production for brands, studios, and fellow creatives - creating images and animations that bring objects, spaces, and ideas to life.
I approach each project with an eye for materiality, lighting, and atmosphere, combining technical precision with a sensitivity to form and context. Whether it's showcasing a product, illustrating a concept, or building a visual narrative, I aim to create work that feels intentional, clear, and grounded in design. My background in industrial design informs my understanding of objects - how they work, how they’re made, and how they’re experienced - while CGI gives me the freedom to explore and communicate these ideas with depth and flexibility.
I’m always open to collaborations, commissions, or conversations - feel free to reach out.
